EARLY REGISTRATION:

On-line registration and instructions about registration are available at SPECOM'2004 web-site www.spiiras.nw.ru/speech/specom  in section "Registration". The deadline for early registration is 1 September 2004. During registration process you may indicate the way of money transfer; reserve the room in hotel; choose events in cultural program, which you would like to visit; order the arrival and departure transfer.
The questions of participants' registration, hotel accommodation and other services will be decided by Monomax Ltd., an official service agency of the Conference SPECOM'2004.
